He said the dog chewed it when in fact it was the vaccum cleaner that chewed it.
Nothing was ever done.
I had two independant carpet companies come and look at it and they all said it was delaminating not being chewed.
The backing seams are still in tact but the carpet it self is jut peeling away.
What does this sound like to you?
Now my dogs are starting to notice it and trying to get to the padding.
